Usage: check
       mail < person | "all" | "faction" >
       receive
       mailbomb <person>

The commands used by the Dark Forces RPG mail system are MAIL, CHECK,
RECEIVE, and MAILBOMB.  These commands can only be used while at a
post office.  You must be at least second level in order to use the
mail system.

Mailbomb can only be done with corrupt postmasters. Only one mailbomb
package at a time per person is allowed. When one receives a mailbomb,
half of his or her current health is destroyed.

Examples:

  > check		- To check and see if you have any mail waiting

  > mail Arkane		- To write mail to Arkane

  > mail faction	- To write mail to your faction

  > receive		- To ask the Postmaster to give you your mail,
  			  if you have any waiting

  > mailbomb Johnny	- To surprise a someone with a mailbomb

HoloNet delivery costs 15 credits.
Mailbombing costs 1,000 credits.
