Usage: rally

Rallying is the revivement from inactivity and calling together for a
common purpose. It is often that the charismatic leader can rally a group
to fight better with higher morale.

With a successful rally, each person in the group will do an extra attack
per round, for up to two rounds. Only the leader can rally the group. The
group member who has greater charisma than the leader will not be affected
by rally, unfortunately. Also, the higher charisma the group leader has,
the more members of the group can be rallied.

Rallying requires at least two persons in a group.
Incompatible with HYPER MOTION.
