"EXHAUSTION"

All characters are limited by their vitality, also known as movement points.
As you move around, you will notice that your vitality drops. In some areas,
your vitality drops faster than usual, for this is to simulate the effect
of walking long distances. Once your vitality hits 0, or less than the amount
required to move to the next room, you will become exhausted and will be
required to rest to regenerate it.

There are certain rooms that are regeneration rooms, that will help your
vitality regenerate faster than normal. There are also certain effects that
will prevent your vitality from dropping quickly, such as mounts.

Another form of exhaustion is known as speed-exhaustion. If you move too fast
(speedwalking), you will be lagged for a small duration to prevent you from
moving again. Scout classes are immune to this, and having a constitution
greater than 16 will also allow you to bypass this form of exhaustion.
