"DICE CALCULATION" "DAMAGE" "AVERAGE DAMAGE"

When a weapon says XdY (such as in the format of 3d3), it means you are
rolling X Y-sided dice. So if it is 2d6, you are rolling two 6-sided dice,
which can generate possible damages of anywhere between 2 to 12. Average
damage is calculated to be in the middle of this range. The middle of 2-12
is 7, therefore the average damage is 7.

If an item has +1 damroll it means adding 1 possible damage to the range.
So if an item is 2d6 +1 damroll, the possible damage will be 2+1 - 12+1,
or 3-13, making the average damage now 8.

Furthermore, each point of strength will add 0.5 damage. Skills such as
iron fist and powers such as battlelust can increase damage.

Hitroll has no relation to damage, it merely means how often you can hit.
All players start with 0 hitroll and 0 damroll.
