"AMPLIFY"

Usage: amplify <victim>

A medic will be able to distinguish which parts of the body are most
vulnerable to attack. Therefore, this would amplify the damage done
by anyone to the victim, increasing the damage up to 50%. Amplify
only works on non-droid and non-ghost physical forms.

Amplify will not work with any other damage increasing powers/skills.
