Usage:    concentrate 'aggression' <target>

This will allow a skilled Jedi to lash out with one to two extra
attacks suddenly. The higher your level, the more attacks you will
make with this power. An advantage to this power is that your
attacks will not be calculated according to hitroll, meaning you
most likely won't miss.
