"SAY" "TELL" "ASK" "WHISPER" "'"

Usage: say | <string>
       tell | whisper | ask <player> <string>

If you consider communicating with other beings, you might be understood
better if you start your sentences with either say, tell, or whisper.

Examples:

  > say Hey, does anyone know how to get to Oz?
    You say, "Hey, does anyone know how to get to Oz?"

You can use ' as a shorthand for say, as in:

  > 'Hello there.
    You say, "Hello there."

The 'tell' command is similar to a private/instant message, as in:

  > tell Arkane I need help!
    You tell Arkane, 'I need help!'

Say automatically formats your messages if you did not add punctuation at
the end of your message, by adding a period. If you use facial expressions,
such as :P, ;), :(, :), :D, etc. then there will be automatic format. Same
goes with question marks, exclamation marks, etc. If this is unclear, test
it!
