"SCAN"

Usage: scan <equipment name>
       scan <holonet> [-s][-n <name>] <search-words>
       scan news
       scan changes <word(s)>
       scan

Prey:
One would be able to scan his or her surroundings for potential dangers
or simply find someone nearby. A skilled scanner would be able to scan
longer distances. Scanning your surroundings will not work if your skill
at scanning is not learned.

Equipment:
Scan can also analyze which part of the body a piece of equipment can
be worn on through the command of "scan <item>".

Holonet:
Also, a person can scan a holonet for specific words.
The default scan option is to match all words specified.
The -s option is to match an exact string scan.
The -n option is to match the name of a player.
You may also check for new posts on terminals by typing 'scan news'
including your faction's holonet.

Changes:
Type 'scan changes <word(s)>' to search all HELP CHANGES entries
for specific words.
