"NOTELL" "TELL-CHANNEL"

Usage: toggle tell-channel

Use this toggle if you wish to prevent other players from using "tell" to
communicate with you.  (notell) will appear after your name in the WHO
list if you have notell on.

This is recommended if you intend to have the AFK flag on for a long
period of time.
