"MODIFY"

Usage: modify <technological weapon>

This skill is used to modify a weapon with more technological
capabilities to deal more damage during combat. Only hi-tech weapons
may be used, such as blasters and guns, but not knives. Lightsabers are
too complex and thus may not be modified either.

A modified weapon usually was not meant to sustain such modifications
and, depending on the skill of the user, may cease to function
(the weapon itself decays) after a period of time.

*Slicers usually only allow those closest to them to utilize a modified
weapon.  Namely, those on the same account.
