Usage:    concentrate 'induce sleep' <target>
Force:    Dark Side

Those who are affected by Induced Sleep will be put to sleep by
the Force. The victim will be unable to wake up for quite a
while, unless affected by the Awakening power.

You cannot induce sleep someone higher level than you.
