"DECAY"

Certain items in the game have a decay timer set on them, meaning after a
period of time, the item will disappear. This is put on items to help
recycle them back into the game, so they have a chance to load again for
others. It is also to keep the game fresh, so you have to constantly go
back to retrieve the items you desire.
