"BLESS"
Type:     Miscellaneous Alter
Usage:    concentrate 'bless' <target | object>
Force:    Light Side

Bless on a victim will improve the victims resistance versus Force,
and furthermore improve his or her hitroll.

Bless on an item prevents it from being cursed and if the item
naturally decays, it will double the decay timer. Ie; if the timer
on an object is 500, it will be increased to 1000.

It is only possible to bless non-evil items, and the object
blessed may weigh no more than the level of concentrator.
