Usage: toggle autoassist

If you are grouped with others, you will automatically assist any group
member who intiates an attack using the 'kill' or 'hit' command.

You will NOT automatically assist if a group member starts an attack
through a skill or concentrating on the Force, or if an enemy attacks
the group member first.
